The goal of ExaWizards is to use AI to support local governments and nursing care facilities in solving social issues, such as Japan’s aging society and labor shortages.

The nursing care industry is facing a serious labor shortage, mandatory financial statement publication (commencing in 2024), and the pressing need to improve the efficiency of nursing care management.
