ExaWizards Launches “RAGOps,” an Application That Improves Generative AI Responses During Operations
Unsatisfactory Responses Trigger Human Intervention for Additions and Revisions Through exaBase Studio
ExaWizards Inc., (Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Makoto Haruta, hereinafter ExaWizards) now offers “RAGOps,” an application that continuously improves business data response quality through in-house operations. It is now possible to use the AI software development environment “exaBase Studio” to quickly optimize generative AI responses that meet company requirements through the use of available AI models and internal data. The system adopts a Human-in-the-Loop mechanism that allows employees to intervene and correct unsatisfactory responses, making it a practical system for managing specialized documents, providing sales insights, and handling inquiries.
Data integration with generative AI, known as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), allows AI processing and analysis of customer-specific data. However, some companies are reluctant to utilize this integration due to concerns of “not getting the expected results,” “not wanting to allow access to data without viewing rights,” and “worrying about the spread of incorrect answers.”
In response, ExaWizards developed the RAGOps application to be operated and improved in-house with exaBase Studio, allowing internal development of AI software and offering it as one of the templates for exaBase Studio. This allows for the continuous expansion of functions by providing an entry point for components that will be added to exaBase Studio templates in the future. RAGOps provides “quick wins” that give a faster return on investment. Future plans include support for text, images, tables, and handwritten data.

(3) Customizable component addition/replacement by business and data requirements, which allows user to make easy changes during operations.
