“Gen-Z Entrepreneurs Challenging to Solve Social Issues with Technology” will be hold in May.

ExaWizards Academia, a free course designed to foster future digital innovators, provided a program for university students and young professionals to gain AI x business knowledge and develop a high-level entrepreneurial mindset through dialogue with ExaWizards’s management professionals and employees. ExaWizards Academia, held from October to December 2022, featured lectures by Chairman Makoto Haruta, President Ko Ishiyama, Dr. Michael Osborne of Oxford University, Professor Akie Iriyama of Waseda University, and Alon Halevy from Meta. A total of 851 people attended the event, which was a great success.

As a special edition of ExaWizards Academia, which has welcomed a number of outstanding speakers, we have decided to hold a one-day event for students and young professionals who aspire to start their own businesses or start new businesses. The event, titled “Gen-Z Entrepreneurs Challenging to Solve Social Issues with Technology”, will feature Mr. Ryo Ogawa, CEO, Timee Inc. which operates “Timee”, a matching workers with jobs service with over 4 million cumulative workers, Mr. Banjo Yamauchi, President of Yamauchi-No.10 Family Office, a family office backed by the Yamauchi family, one of Nintendo’s founding families, and a long-term investor in global ventures and listed companies as part of his aim to make a lasting contribution to society, and And Mr. Sota Watanabe, founder of Astar Network, a public blockchain from Japan and CEO of Startale Labs, will join this event.
Noting that these three distinguished speakers are active in different business domains (working, investing in the next generation, and web3) with the aim of “solving social issues,” this special edition of ExaWizards Academia will provide an opportunity to learn from the “world-changing entrepreneurs” of the same generation.
