“AX Sprint” is a program that specializes in developing DX strategies. It is a component of “exaBase Sprint,” a co-creation workshop program that supports corporate transformations through AI x Design. Leveraging our proprietary idea generation support tool “AI Card” allows us to implement DX strategies from the user’s perspective by following the design thinking process. This program is set apart by its ability to yield results in as little as one month. We have revamped our program with ChatGPT, allowing us to expand our AI-driven DX concepts and improve the speed and quality of prototyping. The key points of this renewal are–
1: Enhanced Design Thinking
Incorporating ChatGPT into the design thinking process allows us to efficiently “explore opportunities.” This includes identifying stakeholders, understanding business flows, defining challenges, and setting up questions. A wider exploration of ideas is possible during the “solution consideration” stage, providing options that were not conceivable before. Utilizing ChatGPT in idea evaluation also allows us to eliminate subjectivity, allowing for fair and objective evaluations.
2: Improving AI Prototyping Accuracy
Using ChatGPT dramatically improves the strategies used in the “AI prototyping” phase for “solution consideration.” This includes identifying necessary perspectives, data, and data collection methods for AI implementation. It is also possible to generate code in computer languages such as Python to conduct sophisticated simulations in advanced programs.
3: Adding AI Cards Compatible with Generative AI

AX Sprint is not just a program for mastering ChatGPT. The goal is to cultivate “Prompt-Thinking” DX talent who can generate prompts to assist with collaborations between AI and humans. In “prompt-thinking,” an optimal prompt is entered for a problem and new insights and solutions are drawn from ChatGPT’s response. The three steps of (1) Insights into questions, (2) Response interpretation, and (3) Iterative trials can create new business value and drive creative problem-solving.
