Launching DIA3.0 Assessment in exaBase DX Assessment & Learning. Fully Compliant with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s “Digital Skills Standards.”
New E-Learning Added for Utilizing Generative AI (ChatGPT) in Business.

ExaWizards Inc. (based in Minato, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Makoto Haruta; hereinafter called “ExaWizards”) has upgraded its DX human resource discovery and training service “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning.” They now offer DIA3.0, an assessment that is fully compliant with the “Digital Skill Standards” established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Information-Technology Promotion Agency. DIA3.0 now includes questions on generative AI (ChatGPT, etc.) and contains e-learning content that covers everything from the basics of generative AI to examples of its use in different jobs.

☑︎ Providing consistent DX human resource identification and training services that comply with DX Literacy and Skill Standards
We have launched DIA 3.0, an assessment fully compliant with the Digital Skill Standards established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Information-Technology Promotion Agency.

This assessment corresponds to the Digital Skill Standards, consisting of “DX Literacy Standards” and “DX Promotion Skill Standards.” This allows us to provide one-stop services from formulating consistent DX human resource strategies (defining human resource requirements, identifying human resources, etc.) to training.

【DX Literacy Standards】
DIA3.0 questions cover the four major categories and 16 items defined in the DX Literacy Standards. It grades the examinee’s DX literacy in each category and sets knowledge requirements, allowing for a quantitative understanding of the skills required to participate in or lead DX.

【DX Skill Standards】
DIA3.0 assesses the 12 subcategories defined in the DX Skill Standards. The examinee’s DIA3.0 skills are scored across four levels in each category.

☑︎ Questions correspond to the latest technological trends. E-learning content will be expanded in the future.
We have added questions on ChatGPT, AI-related topics, and other e-learning content. The complete course will teach novice users basic skills and will eventually train them to a point where they can teach others. We will expand upon this content in the future.

Feature 1: Full compliance with the Digital Skill Standards
Scores applicants’ capabilities with “DX Literacy Standards” (skills for all business personnel) and “DX Skill Standards” (skills for DX human resources personnel). Clarifies the strengths and weaknesses of applicants and the organization and proposes the next growth policy.

Feature 2: Accuracy that uses data science and unique algorithms
This examination uses an adaptive model to measure an applicants’ capabilities by selecting subsequent questions based on their answers to preceding questions. These scores allow you to understand how applicants can contribute to DX.

Feature 3: Post-exam development support
exaBase DX Assessment & Learning also offers development content to help business personnel with DX literacy, covering all items outlined in the DX Literacy Standards. The DIA3.0 skill diagnosis clarifies your personnel’s strengths and weaknesses, provides support for cultivating mindsets and developing human resources, and allows you to track their progress.

*About Digital Skill Standards (DSS)
DSS is defined by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Information-Technology Promotion Agency (IPA) as guidelines for individual learning, corporate human resource development, and recruitment. DSS consists of DX Promotion Skill Standards (DSS-P) and DX Literacy Standards (DSS-L), defining roles and skills for DX personnel and supporting DX human resources.
