In response to the widespread use of such generative AI, we will start providing a new service, “exaBase Generative AI for Local Governments”.In addition to supporting LGWAN, a dedicated network environment for local governments, we will introduce a licensing system and business templates that are easy for administrative agencies to use.
We’ll also partner with IMACREA Ltd, a company proficient in local government system operations, to aid in post-implementation usage such as operational management and user support.

(1) LGWAN Support
Access exaBase Generative AI from PCs connected to the LGWAN, the standard network for local governments. This secure environment allows practical applications like input/output of prompts and linking to proprietary documents. The service is expected to become available in Q1 of 2024.
(2) New Licenses for Government Agencies
The regular exaBase Generative AI plan charges per user and the number of GPT-4 characters used. The local governments version introduces a set billing system with a cap on the maximum number of users and GPT-4 characters. It also offers free prompt inputs/outputs on GPT-3.5, allowing wider departmental implementation. The service is expected to become available in Q1 of 2024.
(3) Administrative Agency Prompt Template
We provide prompt templates for various local government departments and agencies that are useful for public relations writing, response writing, policy planning, and idea generation. This service is expected to start in February 2024, with more additions as required.
(4) Partnership with IMACREA Ltd. for Local Government Support
