ExaWizards Partners with TechnoPro to Build Japan’s AX Workforce -Aiming to turn TechnoPro’s 30,000 engineers into AX professionals and accelerate AI implementation for clients-

ExaWizards, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Makoto Haruta; “ExaWizards”) signed a memorandum of understanding with TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Gaku Shimaoka; “TechnoPro”), Japan’s largest provider of technology-focused staffing services, toward a strategic partnership to develop talent who will drive AX (AI transformation). ExaWizards will initially provide its AX talent development program to several dozen engineers, with the goal of eventually extending it to all TechnoPro’s approximately 30,000 engineers. Program graduates will be assigned to AI development projects in ExaWizards’ AI Solution Services Business, and the two companies will jointly advance on-site AI implementation and business process transformation at client companies.

TechnoPro’s strategic goals are to increase the number of engineers skilled in the digital technologies the group is focusing on, and to expand solution services that combine these advanced technologies to solve client challenges. To achieve these goals, TechnoPro has sought to expand opportunities for its highly skilled digital professionals to excel, and to develop AX and DX talent through real-world projects.

The two companies share the belief that developing AX talent is essential to improving corporate productivity and solving social issues, and reached this agreement to realize that goal by leveraging their respective strengths.

☑Scope of the Agreement
Under the agreement, the two companies will combine their strengths to jointly implement the following programs. The initiative will start with a first group of several dozen engineers, with the aim of eventually enrolling all TechnoPro’s engineers.

①AX Talent Development Program

Select program participants using exaBase DX Assessment & Learning
Provide selected participants with an end-to-end program lasting approximately six months, covering AI and DX fundamentals, client-work methods for corporate AI adoption, AI-driven development using the latest AI, and hands-on practice through on-the-job training

②Post-Program Project Assignments
Approximately 80% of program graduates will join ExaWizards’ AI projects, enabling ExaWizards and TechnoPro to jointly drive AX for clients

Through these initiatives, the two companies will develop approximately 26,000 AX professionals over the medium to long term. Building on this talent pool, they aim to establish a framework in which TechnoPro’s engineers can staff ExaWizards’ AI Solution Services Business, enhance both companies’ corporate value and advance AX across society.
