On September 9, 2022, Yamauchi-No.10 Family Office, a fund backed by Nintendo’s founding family, the Yamauchi family, announced that it had acquired a portion of the Company’s shares. Although the Company is not in a position to comment on specific shareholders, the Company’s management is in constant dialogue with various investors in Japan and overseas through IR activities.
