Maximizing Limited Resources with Business-Specific Generative AI

Tokyu centers their investor relations around the opinions of shareholders and investors while building a stable, growing business portfolio that maintains capital efficiency and financial soundness. To maximize their limited resources while engaging in IR activities with the capital market, they have decided to introduce “exaBase IR Assistant,” an AI service specialized for IR operations. exaBase IR Assistant will change how materials are prepared in the financial strategy office’s accounting group, the process for creating IR interview records, and will create a system that focuses on high value-added, high-quality information disclosures.

Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed companies such as East Japan Railway Company, Murata Manufacturing, Toyoda Gosei, Nagoya Railroad, GENDA, major general trading companies, telecommunications operators, semiconductor companies, and financial institutions have implemented exaBase IR Assistant since its October 2023 release. The service is primarily used for institutional investor relations, earnings preparations, and shareholders’ meetings. IT is also being utilized by other departments that oversee shareholders’ meetings, such as General Affairs, Legal, Corporate Planning, and Accounting.
