The provided AI will learn from sensor data to handle 100 different types of powders, and will eventually progress to full-scale operation.

Tsumura’s quality testing operations have traditionally found it challenging to streamline quality testing and sample processing of the over 100 types of traditional Japanese medicines that they offer. ExaWizards has introduced a platform that collects powder characteristic information that Tsumura can use to train the AI. The platform will also expand the applicable range of weighing amounts, with development progressing towards full-scale operations.
