ExaWizards Inc., a company that develops AI-enabled services to solve social issues (Headquarter: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Ko Ishiyama; hereafter, “ExaWizards”) is proud to announce that it has acquired all outstanding shares of Xware Corporation (Headquarter: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazutoshi Takimoto; hereafter, “Xware”), making the Xware wholly-owned subsidiary.

Xware has extensive development experience from support for technology introduction to development of the companies’ own services, including development of the mission critical system of many companies, development of SaaS infrastructure and applications, and development of the services using AI. The effective education for engineers is Xware’s another strength. Xware has both stable development system backed by competency for human resource development and the ability for social implementation

By adding Xware’s engineers to ExaWizard’s team of AI engineers, strategy consultants and UI/UX designers, we will further enhance one of ExaWizard’s strengths – the “AI Platform Business,” which is a one-stop service covering the development of strategies to the development and implementation of AI to solve the issues that client companies face, thereby accelerating the practical application of AI.

While strengthening the AI development framework as a group by combining the technologies of both companies, we will also enhance “exBase,” (*) the platform on which Exawizards’ knowhow on AI usage and pre-trained models are accumulated to offer the service with the optimal combination of the technologies according to a variety of the purposes of the client companies.

To further promote social implementation of AI in various industries, the initiative of “MLOps (Machine Learning Operations)” which continuously realizes the AI development flow including data collection and model building, and AI operation flow including data reanalysis and model update is essential. By organically bonding AI development and AI operation through the enhanced AI development framework, ExaWizards will develop the business that can help client companies to solve the issues with continuous use of AI.
