ExaWizards Inc. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Ko Ishiyama, Representative Director & President; hereinafter referred to as ExaWizards) and STADIUM Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Yasuhiro Ota, President & CEO; hereinafter referred to as STADIUM) announce that the two companies jointly developed “im AI Express Senko Powered by ExaWizards,” an AI-enabled service supporting recorded interviews and commenced collaborative sales activities for it.
☑︎ The tool that allows human beings and AI to work together will make screening processes more efficient and sophisticated when considering each job applicant’s characteristics.
Traditional recruitment practices have required a company to conduct the first round of interviews with all job applicants who passed the first screening on the basis of the application form before deciding on applicants who can proceed to the second round. There have been issues of burdens on interviewers increasing consistent with the number of interviews and assessment criteria dependent on individual thoughts that may lead to a failure to employ the right people for the company.
To solve issues such as these, ExaWizards and STADIUM jointly developed “im AI Express Senko Powered by ExaWizards,” an AI-enabled service supporting recorded interviews and commenced collaborative sales activities for it.
“im AI Express Senko Powered by ExaWizards” is a service aimed to make screening processes more efficient and sophisticated when considering each job applicant’s characteristics by combining STADIUM’s system specialized in web interviewing known as Interview Maker and ExaWizards’ video analysis algorithm and AI-based predictive analysis tool to allow human beings and AI to work together.
For screening based on recorded interviews*, the service analyzes data precisely by using the AI model that reflects specific characteristics and points of screening for each company to support interviewers in their decision making. This will quantify and visualize what a person really is, a qualitative criterion, and enable a company to standardize its screening processes on the basis of standardized criteria. Moreover, the service will allow recruitment staff to talk more time with each applicant by increasing the efficiency of a huge amount of recruitment operations and enable a company to employ people on the basis of their personalities while taking more account of applicants’ attractive characteristics and personalities, which are difficult to identify on the basis of quantitative scores of an aptitude test or others.
*Recorded interview: A job applicant uploads a video showing how he/she answers questions asked in a video uploaded by a company.
