ExaWizards ranks number one in LinkedIn TOP STARTUPS 2020 for the second year running!
ExaWizards Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Ko Ishiyama; hereinafter, “ExaWizards”) won 1st place in “LinkedIn TOP STARTUPS 2020,” a ranking of the most influential startup companies in Japan published by LinkedIn. This was the second consecutive year that the company came top in this ranking, following on from 2019’s ranking.

Overview
TOP STARTUPS is a ranking of startups that have been attracting interest among talented human resources and actually managed to acquire these talented human resources. 2020 marks the second year the ranking has been published in Japan, the first having been in 2019. A key feature of the ranking is that it is based on actual data from LinkedIn. It collects the responses of those who have actually gone to work at startups or who are considering recruitment offers, and ranks the companies in order of influence. The four specific criteria are as follows: (1) Growth in number of employees; (2) Interest in the company and its employees; (3) Interest in recruitment offers; (4) Ability to entice top talent.
