ExaWizards starts providing its FAQ search engine “Qontextual” to Kamakura City free of charge for use in sharing information related to COVID-19 within City Hall – Commencement of free services to government offices, municipalities and other public organizations –

In response to the spread of COVID-19, ExaWizards Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Ko Ishiyama; hereinafter, “ExaWizards”) has started providing its FAQ search engine “Qontextual” to Kamakura City free of charge. At the same time, it has also opened up applications to receive this service free of charge to other public organizations that provide information on this infectious disease.

Qontextual is a FAQ search engine that helps solve issues of all kinds related to text, such as questions and answers, text types, searches for meanings, etc. It can be used in a range of operations, from making in-site search functions more sophisticated and providing support with call center and help desk services to improving the accuracy of answers provided by ChatBots, improving the search functions in manuals, etc., and as an alternative to manuals for those working in technical jobs.

Municipalities and other public organizations can introduce Qontextual to their help desk services for FAQ from the public concerning COVID-19. This will enable staff to stay on top of things amid an ever-changing situation and to always be ready to provide answers based on the very latest information. Qontextual can therefore be expected to fulfill two purposes: provide the latest accurate information to the public, and reduce the burden on staff who are dealing with inquiries.

ExaWizards therefore decided to provide Qontextual to Kamakura City free of charge in the hope that it will help staff at City Hall share information related to COVID-19.
