☑︎Background of development
 In recent years, as the business has got sophisticated rapidly in line with the innovation of technologies such as AI and IoT, PMs who are engaged in all products-related matters such as strategies, technologies, and UX and lead the initiative to maximize business and customer value have become more important. Nevertheless, since skill sets and potential required for PMs have not been sorted out or quantified when securing and developing PMs, companies face issues such as inconsistent criteria for hiring outside talents or identifying internal candidates and the difficulty in establishing appropriate development and allocation strategies and clarifying internal evaluation criteria.
