Nihon M&A Center Inc. Adopts ExaWidzards’ Company Information Search Engine “exaBase Company Search”
“exaBase Company Search” becomes available to all consultant representatives

ExaWizards Inc., a company that develops articifial intelligence (AI)-enabled services to solve social issues (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Ko Ishiyama; hereafter, “ExaWizards”) has started to offer its company information search engine “exaBase Company Search” to Nihon M&A Center Inc. (hereafter, “Nihon M&A Center”).

  Nihon M&A Center has begun to adopt ExaWizards’ company information search engine “exaBase Company Search” with an aim to make it available for all consultant representatives. Using this search engine, the company’s consultant representatives can freely access information on and make a list of the companies identified among approximately 4.5 million business entities registered in Japan. This opportunity enables them to find business partners in a more appropriate and comprehensive manner than ever before. Therefore, the time required for a successful M&A deal is expected to decrease, thereby improving productivity.

Background
  Other similar services have been established for developing a list of companies from a long time ago; however, consultant representatives had to search for company information within constraints, such as industry sector, sales size, and payroll number; otherwise, the number of companies identifiable was limited. Further, “exaBase Company Search” has data on approximately 4.5 million business entities, including companies, healthcare corporations, and incorporated educational institutions. Moreover, it can calculate feature amounts of the official website information of each company by using its own AI technology, and therefore, consultant representatives can search for company information with free keywords, such as “mask/non-woven fabric” and “blockchain,” without being constrained by specific categories, such as industry sector, which helps them easily find a wide range of related businesses.

  Moreover, they can use company data and CRM/SFA data maintained in their company’s systems connecting with “exaBase Company Search,” and thus, they can seamlessly integrate the search engine into their sales or marketing operation systems. The list of companies identified can be downloaded in an Excel spreadsheet, and thus, they can directly use it as their business partner candidate list.
