Transfer of Humanitude Business

ExaWizards Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Ko Ishiyama; hereafter, “ExaWizards”) will transfer its dementia care technique “Humanitude” business to IGM-Japon LLC(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereafter, “IGM-Japon”) . IGM-Japon will continue to provide Humanitarian training after July 1, 2022.
☑Background of the Business Transfer
ExaWizards has been developing its Humanitude business since 2016, and in recent years it has become necessary to fundamentally review the way training is provided in the COVID-19 Situation.
In this context, ExaWizards has concluded that it is in the best interest of its clients and the business to restructure its delivery format to fit the current environment under the supervision of Yves Gineste, the creator of the Humanitoude technique and a global Humanitoude training provider.
ExaWizards will continue to strengthen its business development to solve social issues in the nursing and healthcare fields through the provision of CareWiz Toruto and CareWiz Hanasuto, an AI product business that supports the care and health of the elderly
☑Future Business Operations
In the future, all activities related to Humanitude, including the training business in Japan, are expected to be conducted by the Japan Humanitude Association in collaboration with IGM-Japon to further strengthen the dissemination, penetration, academic research, etc. of better care through Humanitude.
Mr. Gineste, the creator of Humanitude, will be an employee of IGM-Japon LLC. The personnel and assets of ExaWizards related to the operation of the Humanitude business will be transferred to IGM-Japon through this business transfer.
The franchise agreement between ExaWizards and SAS-Humanitude will be terminated and ExaWizards’ Humanitude business will terminated. IGM-Japon will fulfill the training contracts already signed with clients on behalf of ExaWizards. New training contracts will be suspended for the time being and will resume when ready.
