 The Bank will combine the characteristics of local companies (industry, business, financial information, etc.) and information on their managers held by each bank with information on companies throughout Japan and industry trends and news stored in the exaBase Corporate Search.

 As a result, we predict business succession needs and identify corporate pairs that can be expected to create synergies through M&A. When the buyer (investor) is specified, the potential seller (investee) companies that can be expected to generate synergies through M&A can be extracted, and when the seller is specified, the potential buyer companies can be extracted.
