 ”exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” will be offered to the online career transision fair that will be held from Thursday, November 10 to Friday, November 18, 2022. It is optional for individual users to take an assessmet, or for corporate users to use assessment results for job mattching.

 In the midst of the business environment materially changing due to the spread of COVID-19, companies are accelerating DX so that their business and services will be rapidly digitalized. However, talent shortages have highly escalated in DX, which have intensified the competition to acquire DX talent. Also, there are many individuals who are interested in DX, and at the same time, “don’t know what skills are required for DX,” or “don’t know if they have such an ability.”

 Under such circumstances, doda will hold its first online career transition fair “doda Online Career Transition Fair for Planning Job Seekers and IT Engineers Wishing to Work as DX Talent” under the theme of “DX.” ExaWizards will support doda in realizing more efficient job matching through the provision of its DX talent acquisition/development service “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” to the event*.

 In this service, the participant’s skills and potential ability are quantitatively measured through the easy online test consisting of 18 items categrized into the “digital axis,” or the “innovation axis.” As a result, the “skills” and “potential ability” required for DX are visualized. They can reconfirm the strengths they currently have, idntify their true potential they haven’t known through the test, and utilize the test results for their interviews with companies. Also, companies can not only spot the talent with sufficient skill and ability to promote DX in advance, but also conduct job interviews taking into account what strategy to take for designing a talent development plan in the future.
