(Headquarters: Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture; President & CEO: Riki Inuzuka; hereafter ,“Central Japan International Airport”) has introduced our DX talent acquisition/development service “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” for developing DX talent across the Group.

☑︎ Consistent and seamless support to the entire process from cultivating DX mindset essential for continuous learning to acquiring DX literacy useful in actual business
ExaWizards has started to offer the DX talent acquisition/development service “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” for the entire Centrair Group including the Central Japan International Airport to support them in developing talent capable of solving issues and reforming operational processes by using data and digital technologies.

In this project, we will first provide the service’s assessment and e-learning for all about 1,000 employees of the Group for one year starting in February 2023 as a ”basic” step for the Centrair Group to develop DX talent. Through this, we will quantify skills and abilities necessary for DX talent and provide optimum online learning contents to help the employees cultivate DX mindset that is essential for continuous learning and acquire literacy that is useful in DX-related operations.

The Group is also planning to implement the next “application” step for 100 to 200 employees selected in the “basic” step, aiming to have them acquire practical DX skills by 2025 and establish an organizational structure that is capable of independently promoting measures such as improving business operations and enhancing services from the customer’s perspective while utilizing digital technologies.

Based on our experience and know-how in supporting DX talent development for more than 50,000 employees at 800 major and other companies, ExaWizards can offer training contents and programs catered to the needs of respective organizations, such as simulation training programs to help employees acquire not only knowledge but also the ability to apply what they have learned, an ability that is expected in actual business.
In the latest project, we will take advantage of the experience and know-how to support the entire Centrair Group in developing DX talent.

☑︎ Background
The Centrair Group has created the “Super Smart” initiative that includes a roadmap towards 2030. It is now working as an entire Group to reform airport operations and customer services as well as operational processes and workstyles within the Group by utilizing digital technologies, so they can establish a position as an innovative airport and company.

In the initiative, the Group aims to flexibly respond to changes in the supply-demand capacity through highly efficient operations such as saving manpower and continuously create greater-than-expected experience values by grasping the needs of airport users in advance. Developing DX talent is an essential measure to achieve these goals.

ExaWizards will help the Centrair Group realize the Super Smart initiative by providing the “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” service and supporting them in establishing a system to continuously produce talent who can promote and drive DX.

☑︎ About “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning”
exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” is ExaWizards’ DX talent acquisition/development service which has been introduced to more than 700 companies, most of which are major enterprises. It has both assessment and learning functions. With the assessment function, the assessment taker receives scores for their digital/innovation skills and potential ability necessary for the implementation/promotion of DX. Their “skills” and “potential ability” are also measured so that the company can easily spot the talent with sufficient skill and ability to immediately implement/promote DX, and will smoothly design a DX talent development plan. On top of that, with the learning function, the talent development plan optimized for the learner is provided based on the visualized information about their strengths and weaknesses identified by the assessment as well as the goals set by them. Furthermore, in addition to the measurement of individual skills and potential ability, exaBase DX Assessment & Learning allows the company to check the on-line analysis report of the entire organization. By referring to various averages or attribute data by industry, job category, or age, the company can figure out its current business status from an objective standpoint.
