Nikkei FinTech”  a magazine specializing in the use of financial technology, featured a case study of our talent search and development service “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning”.

The article, “SBI Shinsei Bank Group Evaluates Employees’ DX Skills, Soil for Digital Initiatives” describes the large-scale implementation of exaBase DX Assessment & Learning by 6500 group employees.
The company evaluates its personnel and then trains them online, then worked to create and implement new ideas.
