With exaBase DX Assessment & Learning, SocioFuture identified the skills and abilities of employees, and started to provide e-learning training to approx. 500 employees who play leading roles in operational reforms aiming to accelerate the promotion of DX in the entire company.
☑︎Background to Adoption
ExaWizards offered its DX talent acquisition/development service “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” to SocioFuture in order to help the company further grow through the establishment of a company-wide DX promotion framework. SocioFuture used to conduct operational reforms to improve employees’ skills on its own, and established the DX Promotion Headquarters in FY2022 aiming to accelerate such operational reforms on a company-wide basis. One of the Headquarters’ basic strategic policies is DX, and it positioned the period from FY2022 to the end of FY2024 as the “Promotion Period for DX Promotion Organization,” during which the DX Promotion Headquarters supports each business division in developing next-gen leaders necessary for the promotion of DX and solving management issues, and a period from FY2025 as the “Growth Period for DX Promotion Organization,” during which each business division develops next-gen leaders on its own and contributes to the growth of the company.

“exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” serves an important role in the above initiative. In October, 2022, SocioFuture conducted an assessment targeting approx. 500 employees to determine their scores for digitalization and innovation skills/abilities. As a result, the “skills” and “abilities” required for the implementation and promotion of DX were quantitatively visualized, which made clear where the starting position of the initiative was. On top of that, the e-learning service that has been operational since March, 2023 helps SocioFuture develop next-gen leaders capable of not only generating DX ideas, but also offering proposals for DX promotion methods by improving employees’ basic DX literacy.
☑︎ Milestones of SocioFuture’s initiative utilizing “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning”
1. Improve productivity and employee engagement in work process reforms (October 2022 – End of December, 2023)
Provide e-learning courses, or DX skill and literacy learning programs through DX training to reduce workload and enhance employee engagement in work process reforms so that employees can aggressively present ideas for and promote their work efficiency.
2. Encourage more employees to take on more difficult and special work (January – End of December, 2024)
Encourage more employees to take on more difficult and special work by developing DX talent and next-gen leaders. Gain more customer trust and expand the business as a company capable of performing high-level tasks.
3. Promote data utilization (From January 2025 onwards)
Improve employees’ data literacy to realize more agile and data-driven decision-making processes. Make new innovation happen toward the realization of sustainable growth by promoting data utilization at higher levels as well as in a wider range of areas contributing to the improvement of the company’s value.

This service is for discovering and developing DX human resources, introduced in 900 or more companies, mainly significant ones. It has both assessment and learning functions. The assessment function calculates the “Digital” and “Innovative” scores necessary for implementing and promoting DX. Also, it diagnoses applicants’ “Skills” and “Knowledge” as helpful in grasping adaptable human resources and formulating development policy to promote DX. The learning function provides information that visualizes the strengths and weaknesses identified by assessments and the development program optimized for each applicant considering the information of the set targets.
