COCOO ‘s personnel will now be supporting the utilization of Exa Enterprise AI’s corporate-oriented ChatGPT service “exaBase Generation AI powered by GPT-4 (exaBase Generative AI)” in daily business operations for companies using it.Both companies will expand support services aimed at promoting the use of exaBase Generation AI in the future.
Exa Enterprise AI will also support COCOO’s efforts to develop generative AI human resources, and COCOO will market exaBase Generative AI services to their customers.

☑ Combining Generative AI Efforts and Strengths
exaBase Generative AI, Exa Enterprise AI’s ChatGPT service for corporate users, accounts for security and compliance challenges while enhancing services and support functions within corporations.Since the launch of the paid service in June 2023, approximately 30,000 users, mainly large corporations, have been utilizing it as of December of the same year. The service is also being used by governmental agencies.
On the other hand, COCOO is conducting businesses in the ‘HR x Digital’ field such as IT infrastructure, “Excel Jyoshi”*（Female Excel Experts）, and digital marketing, and RPA, promoting the advancement of women. With its counterpart support for DX by personnel dispatch, it has a transaction record with over 250 companies. In July 2023, it established the “COCOO Generative AI Research Laboratory” with the aim of catching up with the latest information utilizing generative AI and sharing and educating information, and it is nurturing personnel who utilize generative AI. The alliance will leverage their strengths in generative AI and human resource development to implement the following three initiatives.
(1) Customer Success Support for exaBase Generative AI Customers
Personnel will provide detailed customer support to exaBase Generative AI customers to increase the utilization of Generative AI within client companies and improve their productivity.The following four main services will be provided to support business operations:
General business support: COCOO staff will provide business support by utilizing their skills in generative AI and administrative tasks.
Prompt creation support: COCOO staff will assist with creating client-specific prompts.
Aggregation and data processing support: COCOO staff will aggregate tasks essential to business operations and pre-process data for generative AI.
Work automation: COCOO staff will use generative AI prompts to create VBA tools for Excel and other applications to help clients automate their work.
(2) Support for COCOO’s human resource development
Exa Enterprise AI will train COCOO personnel on generative AI and DX human resource development, from basic exaBase generative AI operations to applications such as intra-company file collaboration, prompt engineering, etc.
(3)COCOO sells and supports exaBase Generative AI
COCOO will sell exaBase Generative AI to their large DX human resource development customer base.

Since its launch as a paid service in June 2023, the exaBase AI powered by GPT-4, has been adopted by many corporations, organizations, and administrative bodies, with about 30,000 users as of December of the same year.
