Our first initiative combines our strengths in generative AI service development and our experience in the HR Tech field to introduce the beta version of our new recruitment efficiency service “exaBase Recruitment Assistant.” This service will be the second in our “AI Assistant Series” to support corporate operations.

☑︎’AI Assistant Series’ for Recruitment Services is scheduled for product version release in April 2024.
Our group developed ‘exaBase generative AI powered by GPT-4’ (a corporate generative AI service leveraging ChatGPT) and ‘exaBase IR Assistant powered by ChatGPT API’ (an Investor Relations operations enhancement service). Our new ‘exaBase Recruitment Assistant’ adds another new product to our ‘AI Assistant Series.’ The Beta version is planned for release this year, with the goal of launching the full product version in April 2024.

☑︎About the ‘exaBase Recruitment Assistant’ Beta Version
The recruitment process demands a significant amount of time and effort, often requiring several hours for the crucial task of crafting of job postings alone. This service will address these challenges by automatically generating engaging job applications by integrating generative AI, our proprietary database, and individual company requirements. We plan to augment the service with an automatic scout mail generation and document screening support functions in the future.

This approach reduces the job posting creation process from hours to mere minutes. Recruiters can devote more time to engaging with job seekers and fostering a personalized recruitment experience.

Feature 1: Efficiently Create Attractive Job Postings
Entering minimal information such as keywords related to the recruitment position and the desired employee profile will allow the AI to generate a job posting in a few minutes. The AI will be able to generate items incorporating previously registered corporate information, such as the company homepage and mid-term management plan, allowing personnel with limited recruitment experience to create an attractive job posting quickly.

Feature 2: Quality Assurance in Job Postings with Proprietary Databases
Use our AI and proprietary database of required skills to ensure the quality of job postings by selecting items suitable for the job type and position. Our database utilizes natural Japanese, avoiding the unnatural phrasing sometimes generated by AI.

Feature 3: Expressing the Requirements of Achievers in Each Company in Job Postings
This service extracts the skills and experience required for a position from high-performing employees already working at the company and utilizes them in the generated materials. This makes it easy to create a job posting for “they type of person we want to hire.”

☑︎Scheduled to Collaborate with “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” and Implement Additional Functions
We are planning to add additional functions with our “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” platform. This platform has been used by over 1400 companies and 150,000 personnel for recruiting and training tasks.

ExaWizards will continue to improve productivity at Japanese companies through this service, which combines generative AI, proprietary databases, and individual company requirements to implement efficient recruitment operations.
