ExaWizards Offers a Voice Control Interface in as Little as One Day Through LLM
Improving Human Interaction with Systems and Robots, Ensuring Compatibility with Existing Systems and On-Premises Environments

ExaWizards Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Makoto Haruta; hereafter, “ExaWizards”) announces the launch of an interface that enables systems voice control by leveraging Large Language Models (LLM). This allows existing systems, which require skill to operate and control devices, to update to a voice-control system in as little as one day. This interface can also accommodate controls in on-premises environments.

ExaWizards aims to solve societal issues by increasing the productivity of all Japanese companies through the provision of AI services and products.

☑︎Interface Overview
The interface allows users to configure a voice-controlled system. LLMs can recognize commands in context, even if there is ambiguity in the instructions provided by humans. This makes it possible to control systems and robots with natural dialogue, as if talking to a person, in both Japanese and English.

Feature 1: Better Communication between Systems and Humans
Reduce the delay between voice instructions and the system or robot response. Integrate natural voice control with existing operations to enable dialogue between people and the systems they use.

Feature 2: Introduce Voice Controls for Existing Systems in as Little as One Day
This learning-free interface can be implemented in as little as one day. This shortens the time required to introduce voice control systems, which previously required a learning period, and allows for rapid updates from button or panel operations to voice-controlled systems.

Feature 3: Compatible with On-Premises Environments! No Need for Network Communications. Local Control is Also Possible
This interface is compatible with on-premises environments. It is designed to be controllable in local environments without network communications, permitting operations in environments with poor radio reception or outside regular communications areas. It also offers APIs compatible with various programming languages.

☑︎ Achieve Voice Control for Items That Are Difficult to Operate Autonomously
Combine with the multi-modal* robot AI platform and use “exaBase Robotics” and its advanced imitation and predictive learning technology with this interface. Achieve voice control over flexible materials that previously required human handling or were difficult for robots to operate autonomously.

We will continue to take on social issues by providing services and products with this interface.

☑︎ About “exaBase Robotics”
This multi-modal AI platform for robots achieves automation and autonomy of operations that are difficult with conventional robots through the use of sensor data equivalent to the five human senses (control data, image data, tactile senses of robots and heavy machinery, etc.). This will improve corporate productivity in many scenarios, such as by substituting simple tasks that are difficult to teach or reproducing the movements of skilled workers.
