“exaBase IR Assistant” and “WizLabo” Integrated Business Reporting System Launch an API Linkage

Exa Enterprise AI Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takuma Oue; hereinafter “Exa Enterprise AI”), a group company of ExaWizards Inc., will launch an API linkage between its IR Tech service “exaBase IR Assistant” and the integrated business reporting system “WizLabo” of Takara Printing CO.,LTD (Toshima-ku, Tokyo, President: Seiichiro Akutsu, hereinafter “Takara Printing”) in April 2024. exaBase IR Assistant helps companies prepare for comprehensive, company-specific question and answer (Q&A) sessions, streamlining the process and allowing IR professionals to focus on higher value-added tasks.

Listed companies communicate with the public on topics such as financial results briefings, general shareholders’ meetings, mid-term management plans, ESG briefings, and analyst and individual investor briefings. Preparing for these Q&A sessions requires time and effort, involving analysis of past disclosures and Q&A sessions, collecting information from within the company, and market analysis of news and competitive trends. Not all companies can assign experienced IR specialists to these tasks.
Exa Enterprise AI began offering the “exaBase IR Assistant powered by ChatGPT API” (exaBase IR Assistant) as a generative AI service specialized for IR operations in October 2023. In the August prior to the service offering, we formed a business alliance with Takara Printing, a TAKARA & CO. group company that is an industry leader in providing disclosure-related systems.

This partnership enhances user convenience by creating comprehensive Q&A via the exaBase IR Assistant, facilitated by an API linkage with WizLabo’s extensive archive of company disclosure documents and current preparation data. This function is scheduled for release in April 2024.

- The user links WizLabo’s disclosure document data (PDF) to exaBase IR Assistant.
- Generate assumed Q&A for financial results briefings and general shareholder meetings with exaBase IR Assistant.
WizLabo’s disclosure document data can be loaded into exaBase IR Assistant by the person in charge of the Q&A.
Both companies will continue to discuss new services that leverage the strengths of their products to promote DX and solve social issues through ICT.
