ExaWizards Implements AI Solutions for Incident Prediction and Human Resource Assessment for Hitotohito – Developing Systems for Event Management, Security, and Staffing Services, First Initiative to Enhance Investment Value with JGIA –

ExaWizards Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Makoto Haruta; hereinafter “ExaWizards”) has developed advanced systems leveraging AI and generative AI for Hitotohito Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Hitotohito”) to enhance their event management, security, and staffing services. AI can predict incidents at commercial facilities and during professional sports events, providing preventive measures, guidance, and enhanced security. AI-based assessments can also be provided to registrants at staffing services, offering training programs tailored to their desired job roles. Both AI systems have already demonstrated results in the field and are ready for full-scale implementation.

Hitotohito guides operations at over 20 professional sports venues and other large-scale events and provides security at over 30 of Japan’s largest commercial facilities. They have over 10,000 personnel in IT, sales, accounting, call center operations, and over 50 types of staffing and outsourcing services. Hitotohito is now combining their 50 years of expertise and accumulated data with AI to support business expansion and quality improvements.
ExaWizards, in collaboration with the Japan Growth Investments Alliance (JGIA), aims to enhance corporate value by promoting AI and digital transformation (DX) in JGIA’s investment portfolio. The application of AI and generative AI at Hitotohito marks the first initiative under this scheme.

☑︎ Details of the Two Developed Services
1)Incident Risk Alert Service Using AI “HaiTO”
“HaiTO” provides guidance staff and security personnel with alerts on potential incidents and countermeasures tailored to the date, facility, or event. This provides instructions on how to react when incidents occur, improving preemptive measures and the quality of guidance and security.
We developed three AI models (for professional sports management, commercial facilities, and other facilities) based on past information and tuned them based on the expertise of experienced employees to create prediction models that align with past trends and field insights. AI-generated incidents and cause predictions are displayed on an intuitive dashboard, with additional explanatory text for field staff.
For example, AI identified the frequency of “battery drain” in parking facilities at commercial centers during specific periods and times, prompting enhanced patrols and announcements for early detection and prevention.
This service is being used to train Hitotohito’s guidance staff and security personnel and is also offered as an added service to clients such as professional sports teams and facility owners.

2) Skill Assessment and Human Resource Development Using Generative AI “HITO-KaiKA”
In the staffing business, it is crucial to understand the characteristics of personnel to match them to client needs. We developed a skill assessment and training program using generative AI and avatars in a conversational format.
“HITO-KaiKA” uses text and voice via avatars to provide engaging skill assessments. It presents a personalized skill development program based on those assessment results to bridge the gap between the participant’s current skills and those required for their desired job roles. Face-to-face and on-site OJT are offered alongside online courses that are available anytime, anywhere, even via smartphone.
These initiatives help participants acquire the necessary skills for their desired jobs within six months while working, reducing variability in training speed. The program has already resulted in increased employment rates at Hitotohito.
