(Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Tateaki Ishida, hereinafter “Tokai Tokyo FH“) will be implementing “exaBase IR Assistant.” Tokai Tokyo FH is digitally transforming their operations by utilizing a specialized generative AI across their shareholder meeting management and Investor Relations (IR) departments, increasing the value of their information disclosure system.

Many Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed companies such as East Japan Railway Company, Murata Manufacturing, Toyoda Gosei, Nagoya Railroad, GENDA, major general trading companies, telecommunications operators, semiconductor companies, and financial institutions have implemented exaBase IR Assistant since its October 2023 release. The service is primarily used for institutional investor interactions, earnings preparation, and shareholders’ meetings. IT is also being utilized by other departments that oversee shareholders’ meetings, such as General Affairs, Legal, Corporate Planning, and Accounting.

exaBase IR Assistant uses generative AI to automatically create institutional investor interview databases and Q&A for earnings and shareholders’ meetings.
