Mizuho Bank Enhances Sales Capabilities with AI Avatar ‘exaBase Role Playing’

Mizuho Bank will introduce this service in December 2024 to master hypothesis-based sales techniques in foreign exchange sales.

Mizuho Bank is committed to training their professionals by focusing on practical knowledge from real transactions and market outlooks. Significant changes in the market environment has placed time and resource constraints on conducting one-on-one role-playing sessions with sales representatives, so Mizuho Bank is implementing exaBase Role Playing to allow them to practice anytime, anywhere.

Key Features of exaBase Role Playing:

(1)Custom Scenarios:
It is possible to set dialogue scenarios using examples from foreign exchange transactions and market outlooks. Scenarios were initially developed by combining Mizuho Bank’s foreign exchange expertise with ExaWizards’ AI expertise.

(2)Conversations with AI Avatars:
The AI avatars can be customized by gender, age, etc. This implementation uses avatars representing Mizuho Bank’s target customers.

(3)Evaluations:
The AI evaluates role-playing sessions on a 100-point scale. Individualized feedback allows each representative to understand their challenges and motivates them to improve.
