ExaWizards Inc. Combining ExaWizards’ AI/AI agent development technologies and AI products with Dirbato’s extensive experience in generative AI consulting and development built over the years will allow the two companies to support the implementation of AI Transformation (AX) and AI agents in corporations.

The urgent need for Japanese companies to improve productivity through DX is driven by a declining workforce due to a low birthrate and aging population. The rapid spread of “Generative AI” is pushing companies to conduct proofs of concept, implement AI into their operations, and fundamentally transform their business processes.

2.Joint Expansion of Business Process Re-Engineering Consulting Using Generative AI/AI
This partnership will combine ExaWizards’ AI products, including “exaBase Generative AI” and the AI agent development platform “exaBase Studio,” and their extensive expertise gained from building and deploying AI agents for numerous companies, with Dirbato’s consulting expertise from its past generative AI consulting and development projects. They will jointly support customers from business process diagnosis to the establishment of specific operational efficiency solutions utilizing generative AI.

3.Nurturing AI/DX Talent and Building a Talent Ecosystem
This alliance will utilize ExaWizards’ “exaBase DX Assessment & Learning” to visualize and enhance the AI/DX skills of Dirbato’s consultants, increasing the number of consultants with advanced AI knowledge to maximize value provided to customers.
