ExaWizards and PERSOL Research and Consulting have started to provide a new service through collaboration of the AI-based HR data analysis service “HR-kun” and the talent management system “HITO-Talent”, under a business partnership.

ExaWizards Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Ko Ishiyama), which aims to solve social issues using AI, and PERSOL Research and Consulting Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Kazuhisa Shibuya), a think-tank consulting firm of the PERSOL group for comprehensive staffing services, have entered into a business partnership for using AI in a talent management system, aiming to realize more sophisticated HR strategies in client companies

 

Through this partnership, collaboration between the talent management system “HITO-Talent” of PERSOL Research and Consulting and the AI-based HR data analysis service “HR-kun” of ExaWizards started in November 2018 as the first step to enable the HR data managed by HITO-Talent to be analyzed using HR-kun. To be specific, by utilizing the employee database of HITO-Talent, HR-kun will be able to easily analyze high-performers by department, optimize placement planning based on success predictions of each employee, and perform other HR data analyses and predictions.

In the second step, we will upgrade the functional collaboration from the next fiscal year onwards, to provide real-time synchronization of HITO-Talent and HR-kun data and enable management by correlating the analysis and prediction results from HR-kun with the employee data of HITO-Talent. Whenever there is a change in the department or evaluation in the employee data in HITO-Talent, the machine learning model generated by HR-kun will be automatically updated, and thus, more up-to-date analysis and prediction will be smoothly performed.

We will clarify in the future how best to use data in HR decision-making, which is indispensable for HR strategies, and other appropriate elements, by analyzing the huge amount of HR data managed by HITO-Talent using HR-kun, and jointly work to provide sophisticated total support for using data in the HR domain.
