This service uses the AI-based HR service, HR-kun, to conduct analyses based on simple recruitment related data and provides a review report on the results of 2019 new graduate recruitment. Along with this report, an ExaWizards’ expert explains how to interpret the analysis results and utilize them from the following year. The analysis takes two to three days and helps to form the preliminary group of candidates from this fiscal year and to enhance recruitment.

Details of the analysis by this service

(1)Visualization of relations among attributes of applicants, assessment results, the ratio of passing the selection and the ratio of rejection
HR-kun learns the recruitment data for this year and analyzes which characteristics have affected the ratio of passing the selection and the ratio of rejection by referring to various attribute information of applicants and assessment results such as aptitude tests. In addition, the distribution of the number of applicants, the ratio of passing the selection and the ratio of rejection are depicted graphically for each of the major characteristics.

(2)Comparison between selection results by HR-kun and actual selection results
HR-kun learns the past recruitment data and predicts whether the 2019 new graduate applicants will pass or fail the selection and whether they will reject. By comparing the results predicted by HR-kun and the actual selection results, this service clarifies how many recruitment cases are successful beyond the prediction by AI and which points need to be improved in the future.

Also, as the ratio of passing the selection and the ratio of rejection can be predicted prior to the selection from the following fiscal year based on the results of leaning by HR-kun this time, more detailed interviews and ideas in follow-ups can be implemented.

(2)Leveraging the effects of using data and AI in the HR domain by quickly reviewing recruitment results without requiring time and labor for analysis
As HR-kun serves as the analyzer in this service, you can easily review the recruitment results in two to three days just by providing simple data, even if you are not familiar with data science or AI.
