Sumitomo Pharma introduced exaBase FAQ, an AI chatbot provided by ExaWizards, to improve the productivity of MRs (Medical Representatives) and other employees.
The system has achieved a significant improvement in operational efficiency and productivity.
Specifically, by introducing exaBase FAQ’s trained AI with an easy-to-use UI, approximately 90% of inquiries were reduced. In addition, by collecting and visualizing feedback from users and recommending improvements, the PDCA process for promoting usage has been made more efficient.
