This business partnership will implement ‘Disclosure Tech,’ which supports the information disclosure operations of listed companies via technology. These operations will leverage the strengths and products of both companies and will include disclosing figures, incorporating them into financial documents, and other post-disclosure IR activities.

ExaWizards is committed to solving social issues by providing AI services and products to improve productivity at Japanese companies. We are currently using generative AI and DX to strengthen product development to improve the productivity of white-collar workers.
On April 26, 2023 we announced the enterprise-oriented generative and conversational AI service ‘exaBase Generative AI powered by GPT-4‘ (hereafter, ‘exaBase Generative AI’). On May 10, we announced the IR business efficiency support service ‘exaBase IR Assistant powered by ChatGPT‘ (hereafter, ‘exaBase IR Assistant’) using ChatGPT.
exaBase IR Assistant uses the ‘ChatGPT’ API (a generative and conversational AI provided by OpenAI in the US) to predict questions that may be asked at financial results briefings, general shareholder meetings, general briefings, and press conferences, then provides answers that include company-specific information. We are developing this tool with trials at many companies, and a commercial version is scheduled for September.
TAKARA PRINTING is a leading company that supports the disclosure practices of Japanese companies. Their strengths are in their specialized knowledge of listed companies’ disclosures and disclosure support services. They provide services via their ‘X-Smart /WizLabo’ core product, a financial results information disclosure document creation support system. Their product has a solid customer base of 2,226 (as of May 2022) of the 3,900 listed companies in Japan.
TAKARA PRINTING has recently been strengthening their IR-related services after disclosure, enhancing client companies’ English disclosures by assisting with the creation of integrated reports and by providing interpretation and translation services. They also innovate in disclosure support systems and have set the evolution of online and web services as a growth strategy.
Given this background, our two companies have agreed to enter into a business partnership. Both companies will leverage their strengths and products to develop and sell innovative services and products that incorporate AI technology and digital transformation (DX) into disclosure operations, from accounting practices during the financial closing process to post-announcement IR activities.
The goal of this partnership is to introduce ‘Disclosure Tech,’ which supports the information disclosure practices of listed companies via technology, from disclosing figures to the incorporation into financial documents and post-disclosure IR activities. We will enhance the operational productivity of Japanese companies, support quality improvements in the information disclosed at financial results announcements and shareholder meetings, and facilitate dialogue with the global capital market.
